On behalf of The University of Chicago Medicine and Siona Health Care, we would like to invite you to participate in our annual Cancer Survivor’s Celebration Day.

This will mark the 22nd annual celebration of its kind. The keynote speaker will be Barbara Bates, cancer survivor and nationally-known fashion designer. She will provide an inspiring story along with entertainment by Lynne Jordan & The Shivers. David Song, M.D. will give medical updates and there will also be activities for the children.
